"Well, not all cats." Takuya had heard of a certain tom, a balinese looking cat, that took the time out of the day to really irritate others. While he hadn't come face to face with this cat, he had heard things. "But, most are, yeah." He was rambling. Did Sakura being so close always do this to him?

"Yes." Sakura nodded her head in agreement. Why couldn't she think of more than one sylabil words? Why was her heart pounding? Well...Takuya was standing here! That's why! Those thoughts dawned on her in a row. Sakura blinked her dark green eyes, and with that, she shoved them to the back of her head.

Sighing, the she-cat nodded and ran a paw over her sleek left ear. "Verrry peAceful forrr a chAnge, yeAh?" The conversation was wearing a little thin. She was searching for a distraction--anything, really--so that she wouldn't have to look for amusement elsewhere. As if on queue, down descended Ray.

"I think the activity is a fun thing. It leaves things to talk about and to do." The tom was a tom, after all, and any sort of action he would be in to. Takuya looked from one she-cat to the other and then at the other tom. "Today's just a big old party, isn't it?"

"I suppose." Glaring at the approaching tom, she felt a mixture of ease at his all-too-familiar presence and annoyance. What could he possibly want?
"Hullo, RrrAy. WhA' do you wAn'?" she greeted, sounding as sweet as possible.
Nodding at each individual cat gathered, he averted Freina's scalding gaze. "Hello, everyone. I'm asleep for a day and you all throw a wild party? For shame." He clicked his tongue and feigned briskly tsk!ing each and every one of them.

Sakura made her way from the house of pain without her twolegs noticing. A heavy sigh left her. Another visit. Why did she always make herself go back there? Another sigh heaved from her chest. A sudden thought entered her head. Where was Ray? He always made her day speacial. She hopped up on the fence for a better veiw.

Where was he? He couldn't hide for very long. No, no. It wouldn't be very long now before she would spring. Lunge into action. Some said she was delusional and had severe mental illness, but Mint knew better. She was merely irked at the fact that this one tom-cat refused to acknowledge her existence. Did she love him? Hell no. Day in and day out, though, that infuriatingly incurrigible waste of life hit on all of the she-cats in the neighborhood. What about her? Was she not good enough? It's because I'm black-and-white, she sulked. Racist lowlife.
Sighting a she-cat perched on the fence, she set her scheme into action. Sauntering over, she started her dialogue. "Hello, I'm Mint. I'm fairly new to this neighborhood, and I don't really know anyone. Would you mind if I stuck around with you for a bit?"

She jumped as Mint first spoke, but covered it up quickly. Another tuxedo? About time! Boo would have a fit. "Sure," Sakura said with a cute little smile on her face. She jumped down from the fence to look at the new cat. "I'm Sakura. What's your name?" She asked the new-commer. As her foot hit the groud, pain shot up her leg, but she made no noise, not even an un-even breath about it.

"Mint," she repeated, nodding solemnly. "Are you waiting for something?" It was common curiousity. Nothing strange about that. Not at all. Her eyes refrained from shifting across the landscaped yard. Suspicious behavior gets you nowhere.

"No. No one. Just, taking a look around outside. Fresh air. You know." She smiled, but meeting new people was never her forte. She always made them think she was doing somethign that she wasnt supposed to.
Just then Boo Clambered up the fence. Her black-and-white pelt was just a spiked as ever, making her look like a puff ball. "Whats going on Sakura...whos...this?" She asked, eyes narrowing. She was black and white, here to take her spot? Maybe, although Sakura had done that already.

Address me yourself, why don't you? You don't have to talk over me like I'm some kit. "Nice to meet you," she replied, careful to keep her tone level and not convey the sense of biting sarcasm that resonated within. "I'm Mint."

A smile spread acoss Boo's face. A cute name if she could say so herself. "Hi Mint! I'm Boo. It's nice to see another cat around here with style!" She nodded at Mint, though she was really meaning her pelt. It was a big realife to see another tuxedo around here. A true grin spread over Boo's maw, reaching her eyes. Her green-yellow eyes were welcoming to the new cat.
Saukra saw that Boo was happy. She hadn't guessed that Boo would be with another new cat around, but then again, Sakura wasn't perfect. A small smile of her own graced her face.

Forcing herself to purr, the tuxedo she-cat locked gazes with Boo, as if perusing their depths. "Thank you." There wasn't much else to say, was there? Shaking her head to clear away her thoughts, she felt as if she might jump for joy. Or...claw something's eyes out. Whichever came first.
It was as if he had radar. Perhaps too conveniently, Ray happened to stumble upon the three she-cats on the white fence at that precise moment. Breathing in, he sighed as he took in their familiar scents. Except for one...no wait. He had scented it before; oh no. It was that psycho kitty--what was her name? Milla? Musk? Mutt? Shivering as a chill ran down his spine, he willed himself to keep walking in that direction. Surely she wouldn't be stupid enough to hurt him with witnesses?
"Hello, shes," he greeted at last, his usual breezy tone shining through.
Her eyes narrowed at him, a white gleam forming in her pupils. It's like she has some type of cancer, he thought, disgusted.

"Ray!" Sakura almost shouted. She bounded over. A small purr rose in her throat. It was almost like seeing Takuya. Almost. Her red fur felt as if it was crawling over her skin. "Hi Ray." She said in a normal volumed tone. She shifted her wieght from side to side, almost all pain in her front paw forgotten.
Boo crawled carefully down from her white painted fence. A smile still held onto her face, though she could not help but let it down some. Ray was here....of corse Sakura would be the one to steal her spot. Take her glory. She blinked, tying to push back the greed that was creeping up in her.

"Hi, Ray," she grumbled. No one would notice, of course. They never noticed little old Mint. That was about to change. That was about to change.
Ignoring, the peculiar cat's greeting, he turned his affections onto Sakura. "Why, hello! I've missed you these past few days. Hi, Boo." He nodded in the smaller she-cat's general direction. Curse his insolence!
