OH MY GAWSH!!! PEOPLE I NEED YOUR ATTENTION!!! ALERT!! DRAGON HAS FOUND ANOTHER AMAZING BAND! Yet another? YES!! ANOTHER AMAZING NOTWORTHY BAND!!
FireFlight is the name of this amazing band. Dragon has seem to taken a liking to christian rock/alternative bands. Her mother says this is an okay thing though, so her mother doesn't mind the horrible guitar and crunching drums. But FireFlight is another thing completely. I love the lyrics of the songs. Unbreakable, You Gave Me A Promise, A Brand New Day, Wrapped in Your Arms are her new favorite songs. Please give this awsome band a curviing chance on the airwaves when they hit. Love Dragon

Will listen for them (even though I usually don't like Christian bands.)

I don't like them. Background music is okay, but the lyrics/vocals are too common to me. Plus, I don't agree with the meanings of some of the songs like "The Hunger"; I know plenty of people who don't have God in their lives and they're not "hollow" at all.

You can ignore this post if you want, but my favorite song of all time is by far Like a Stone by Audioslave. I just loved it the very second I first heard it playing on the radio. A few honorable mentions:
Love in an Elevator by Aerosmith How to Save a Life by The Fray The Reason by Hoobastank The Number of the Beast by Iron Maiden Mr. Brightside by The Killers Breaking the Habit by Linkin Park Jeremy by Pearl Jam Youth of the Nation by Payable on Death (P.O.D.) Interstate Love Song by Stone Temple Pilots Thnks fr th Mmrs by Fall Out Boy

I've heard of most of those songs. My science teacher used to play "How to Save a Life" almost everyday in class; can't say I like it now. As for Hoobastank's "The Reason", never did like that one, but I tend to be really harsh on male musicians/bands--okay, correction: all bands. "Mister Brightside" is okay, though. The beginning kind of annoys me, but I like the chorus. There's only been a few songs by Linkin Park I've ever liked; all of the others sound too much the same to me. Youth of the Nation is pretty good (whenever I hear the title now, I always think of Weird Al Yankovic's "Angry White Boy Polka", lawl.) Thnks fr th Mmrs is pretty catchy; I wouldn't consider myself a fan of Fall Out Boy, but if they come on the radio I find that I usually like their songs. Eh, I guess I have pretty discrimantory tastes. *blushes*
Oh, and Dragon, sorry if my last post sounded too harsh (I have a tendency to be harsh about everything). I'm a little overly-critical.
And...um...happy Halloween everyone! Go do something fun!
