ooc: Ack. I keep forgetting that.
Tailglades gazed into StarClan's depths, wondering if Aquaheart had already joined. Wherever she was, Tailglades was certain that the she-cat would live on in peace and loving memory.
As Fayreign broke out in her emotional tirade, Tailglades could only look on in shock and horror. It was a time for peace, not unrest.

Aquaheart was very surprised at Tailglades actions for the her former clanmate was usually very rude. And she looked down at her broken and bloody body and nodded in sorrow. She wished she would have stayed now but then again, it was all for the best. Glacierheart would be happier with Fayreign and her kits could be with others like them. And her life, needed an ending any ways. She waited patiently to be greeted by a StarClan warrior.

When the sun finally rose, Tailglades's vigil was over. Slinking back into camp, she could only shake her head in a vain attempt to forget the grisly sight of the decomposing body. The Clan needed its warriors to live on and keep a clear head. Besides, Aquaheart's spirit would always dwell in StarClan in an attempt to guide them, so she could never truly forget her. It was just...the flesh, ragged and limp, halo of stones and thorns above her head.

Aquaheart was still waiting for a StarClan cat, surprised one hadn't arrived yet and she sighed.

ooc: Mebbe cats who commit suicide are denied access to StarClan?
R: Billowcloud was blindly led to Aquaheart's cliff exit, trepidation weakening his paws. He had been told only in the simplest of details what had happened. Something about Aquaheart growing upset over seeing her mate with another she-cat and jumping off. It sounded about right to him. Shaking his head, he wondered why she had decided to end it there and now. Sure he would have been dejected if he had seen his mate--even if it was an ex--with someone else, but it was selfish and over-indulgent to throw away your own life just because the person you loved had moved on. We can only learn from others' mistakes.

ooc// I don't know but I'm waiting for someone who owns a StarClan cat to approach.
Star- Aquaheart looked around, getting desperate now as she sat at the top of the cliff to wait.

ooc: Oh, God. I just found some of my really ancient cats on the guild webbie under StarClan that I'd forgotten all about.
S: The plains gave off a musky scent that flooded the approaching she-cat's nostrils, overwhelming her. After living among StarClan's ranks for over forty-eight moons, you'd think that she would have grown accustomed to the scents and sights in the realm. Stretching, the almost-pure white ghostly flicker of a cat padded forward, eyes scanning carefully around her. Resting when she came upon the cliff's edge, she perched in front of the newly-deceased Aquaheart, luminous blueberry-colored eyes lighting. "Greetings, Aquaheart," she mewed in welcome, her tone warm and inviting. "You have made a decision that some cats would call foolish and others would call noble. You have hoped to allow your kits to return to LegendClan, as well as to allow your mate the opportunity to connect with another she-cat. You sacrificed your life and have caused much sorrow for your Clanmates. You have two choices--you may either be granted life again and will return to RogueClan where you will tell no one of this encounter and will not let Glacierheart know that you have lived or you can remain in between StarClan and the human world as a troubled spirit. No one will see or hear you in this latter choice, and you will be forced to wander for all eternity." She let the effects of her words sink in. Over the course of time spent in StarClan, she had grown desensitized to the emotions of the newly-deceaseds.

ooc// Um... Do I really have to chose? So she really can't be a full StarClan cat?

ooc: I thought it would fit better. She didn't exactly die of Greencough or in battle. If you can convince her that she died for a reason other than her own misery, then she might ease up.

Aquaheart thought. "I chose to leave my clan for their own good. I will always be weak against Glacierheart and LegendClan. I never was truly loyal. And more then anything, I wish to be with my parents," she told the StarClan cat.
ooc// O.o I don't think that was a good reason, but it's my best.

Sighing, the she-cat stared into the younger she's eyes. "Is that what you truly want more than anything? This is a rather... unorthodox... death, to say the least. While I still firmly believe that you should have spoken to Glacierheart and your kits before taking matters into your own paws, I can allow you to stay in StarClan, but on one condition: you are not authorized to appear in any cat's visions or prophecies. Dreams are one thing--that cannot be helped, as it is just the cat's subconscious wandering, but do not appear in visions. The consequences could be dire. None have ever refused the gift of life upon entering death." She sniffed at the last bit, paws shuffling sheepishly, as if a little offended by the she-cat's choice.

Aquaheart looked down on the world below her. She felt a small tugging at her heart. To live without memory of Glacierheart nor her kits and be a whole other cat... What would it be like? "If I may live with no memory of my mate and kits and be a different cat, then yes, I will live. If not, no." she told her firmly. "Just let me remember my other kin."

"What other kin?" the she-cat asked softly. "So it is not even your decision to remain in StarClan. Funny, I thought you had wanted that. But it is not really to see your parents, is it? It's to escape the pain of everyday life. There will always be pain, Aquaheart. Here is what will happen--you will still have memories and glimpses of your past--to a lesser extent--of your kits and Glacierheart, but you will not be allowed any contact with them, as mentioned before. If it is found out that you have made contact with them or have told anyone about the events that have occurred here, you will be forced to live with the full-blown memories--the good and the bad. You will be forced to remember everything with striking clarity should you break this contract. Unless of course, you would rather stay here."

Aquaheart woke up, laying on the cliff. Her body some how moved. She didn't remember anything except the contract and her clan and friends. "Hello?" she called. "Where am I?" The poor she-cat had no clue where she was anymore and saw an exact copy off her body laying broken and bloody and wondered why she had committed suicide. Though it quickly vanished into dust.
