Hey guys idk if you remember but an acct i have on neo has a lab ray.
I now have a Ghost Kougra that i want to keep but shall not because i would provide it a sucky home, since I never play neo. Except to lab pets for other neopians.
I'm opening up adoption to you guys first...no application for you guys. Application for other ppl though. hah.
