ooc: I don't have a GoldClan cat, so I guess I'll create one.
Kameshard--Gray tabby she-cat with dark brown stripes running down her pelt; pale green eyes; fiesty at times but understanding, playful, and friendly.
G: Upon returning from a border patrol, Kameshard pushed to the center of the clearing, crouching before the fresh-kill pile. Plucking a starling from the top, she sought with furtive eyes a place to dine in peace. Without much thought, she padded towards the opening of the nursery.
In her new line of sight, she found Waterspirit. Munching slowly, she looked up into the fellow warrior's eyes. "Hello," she greeted, a bit anxiously.

Waterspirit turned her gaze towards the she-cat that just greeted her that made her stop in mid step. Blinking slowly, she glanced towards the entrance of the den before turning her full gaze onto the warrior. “Hello,” she muttered, “If you will please, go to my den can get some moss balls.” With that, the medicine cat gave a sharp nod before, at last, entering the nursery.

Defiance was an entirely foreign concept to Kameshard. Moreover, a medicine cat's wishes were to be honored. Solemnly, she rose to her paws and headed for the den. Poking her way through, she stopped, pausing to take in all the tantalizing aromas and new sights. To most, it was just an ordinary medicine cat den, but to her, it was a new world. Once she had pulled herself away from her thoughts, she lowered her maw to a shelf and retrieved the precious moss balls. Practically galloping back, she gently placed the moss balls before Waterspirit. "Is there anything else that I can do for you?"

WaterSpirit cased her gaze over her shoulder to look at Kameshard soon as the she-cat's pawsteps echoed within the medicine cat's ears. Thinking for a moment, she gave a small nod. "If you would so kindly stand guard at the entrance as so no young apprentices run in that would be a great deal of help." As she turned her head back to the other two cats, she quickly snapped her gaze back to the gray tabby. "I do have a warrior coming with water that you will need to alow in." Laying just before the medicine can and the black tom was the queen who swore she was going out of her living mind. There were two WaterSpirits talking to three Kameshard who all where standing in front the four entrances that just somehow appeared while she had six very worried WishWhiskers starring down at her. What in the name of starclan was happening to her? Lifting her up slightly, she felt pain wave through her body making a gasp escape from her parted jaws.

Eyes widening at the queen, all Kameshard could do was nod. Resting her paws outside, she kept watch over the Clan. So far all was clear. In a matter of time, another warrior would come through to the aide of the yowling queen, and she would feel relief at last. She was certain of it. How could she not when relief was being brought to a fellow member of her Clan? As she sat, she pondered. Birth is a curious, frightening, and miraculous spectacle to behold.

Oddstar sat herself next to Kameshard letting out a heavy sigh almost as if she had been holding her breath for at least a minute or more. Flicking her tail with excitement , both bi color eyes turned to her warrior. Strange as it may sound, it appeared they were smiling at the she-cat. “We are getting kits,” she mewed,”Seems Starclan has reorganize GoldClan again.” It was completely off the wall topic, but then again, whenever had this she-cat ever been normal per say?

Kameshard felt her stomach churn, nausea overwhelming her. Birth was considered beautiful? True it was the afore-mentioned adjectives (curious, frightening, and miraculous), but the mess was sickening. Maybe if they were her own kits she would feel differently. Shrugging it off, she felt a new kind of determination. I will never have kits. I am independent and strong! she thought.

Oddstar chuckled as she tossed her head back letting both bi-color eyes gaze at the slow moving clouds. Giving a grin, she closed her eyes softly inhaling the warm air. "I was told once that giving birth to kits is like being stabbed by badger claws for a moon. " Chuckling agian, she looked back at her warrior with warm eyes. "Makes me glad I will never have kits."

Nodding, Kameshard struggled to steady herself. "The pain isn't worth it." Rather dumbly, she searched through her limited repetoire of conversation topics. Obviously "So, have you gone hunting lately?" was out. Praying to StarClan, she wished for infertility. "I wouldn't so much mind having a mate; it's the birthing that worries me," she mumbled aloud without realizing.

Oddstar nodded her head towards the she-cat statement. "A mate would be lovely." Chuckling, she gave a heavy sigh as she spaced out for a moment thinking about one silver tom from moons ago. Shaking her head roughly, she glanced a the gray tabby. "We all have to do what is best for the clan. Some she-cats think it's birthing kits as others hunt or fight for the best." Was this true? The clan leader talking how one she-cat should her age? It wasn't that she was old, it was just she should be past acting like an apprentice at 18 moons old.

"I don't really like the prospect of something screaming and squealing ripping its way through my body, to put it lightly. I think that we should focus on forming the cats we already have into fierce opponents. That's not to say I hate birth or don't think that there should be any more kits; population does help. I just believe that large size in numbers isn't all that helps you in combat." She was rambling on now, no doubt irking off her leader. Way to go, Kameshard.
As she thought on, Kameshard realized how lonely she was. It seemed as if she had no genuine friends, let alone anyone to talk to besides her leader. She sighed. She wanted a mate desperately, as if love could somehow save her from melancholy and her dejection. Perhaps dejection was too strong a word, though, she thought as she contemplated the situation.

"You do have a point," replied Oddstar as both ears flickered hearing the sounds coming from witin the nursery. It was hard to sit there while her best friend was in so much pain, but from she heard from Waterspirit, it appeared Owlpelt was in her own world that caused things to double in appearance. "If you have not notice, our clan is a mer flea compare to the other clans," spoke the strange color she-cat, "We have only but three apprentices and about six warriors. We had no many deaths because of illness, that I was starting to believe Goldclan was meant to die and be forgotten. Though when I lost my first life, I saw hope in the dead Goldclan eyes." She remembered her first time dieing quite well and also remembered looking at the faces searching from that one tom she deared greatly. Even if she felt horrible about herself thinking about that tom than the rest of her clan. Giving a heavy sigh, she looked towards the silver tabby. "You know, it's nice talking to a warrior that isn't frightful to hold back on their thoughts."

Blinking thrice, Kameshard didn't know what to respond to these kind words. Nobody had ever exactly praised her for speaking so bluntly, so rashly. "Thank you, Oddstar. Hopefully the new moon will bring new warriors. We will not be defeated." Dipping her head in respect, she eyed Owlpelt in awe. As much as she hated to watch another she-cat give birth, she found it almost noble that she would have kits to populate the Clan. Even if it was only one kit, it would still increase population. Maybe she would have kits afterall...
ooc: And here is where I decide that Kameshard shall birth over twenty kits. She just needs a mate first. Any takers? :K

ooc: S'alright. I'm on another one of dad's friend's computers, so I may take a while to respond to all of these forums/rps. Don't say I didn't warn you, lawl.
If you do, wouldja mind? I rarely ever have mates, so it's always welcome.
